  • Product and Refund Policy

    1. Product Returns
       - Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.  
       - The return process requires the original receipt or proof of purchase.  
       - Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

       - Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.  
       - The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 60 business days.  
       - Shipping, Customs Duties, and All Additional Costs and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
